Thisisapivotalroleresponsiblefortheend-to-endmemberjourney–fromacquisitionandonboardingthroughtoengagementandrenewal.

Therolewillworkcloselywithmarketing,salesandseniorstakeholderstomaximisebothmembervalueandcommercialperformance.

Theidealcandidatewillbeconfidentmanagingrelationshipsatalllevels,comfortablesellingtoseniorindustryindividuals,highlyorganised,andpassionateaboutdeliveringexceptionalmemberexperiences.

TherolewillbewellsupportedbytheDirectorofCustomer&ClientSuccess,alongsideclosecollaborationwiththeCEOandwiderseniorleadershipteam.

Thissupportwillincludestrategicdirection,commercialguidanceandsharedownershipofteamdevelopmentandthecontinuedgrowthofthemembershipproposition,whileprovidingtheautonomytoshapeandleadday-to-dayexecution.

Key Responsibilities

MembershipGrowth,Sales&CustomerSuccess-Ownthefullmembershiplifecycle,takingaccountabilityformembershipacquisition,engagement,retentionandrenewal.

ProductDevelopment&PropositionEnhancement-Playakeyroleintheongoingdevelopmentandevolutionofthemembershipproduct,ensuringitremainsrelevant,differentiatedandcommerciallystrong.TeamLeadership&Delivery-LinemanageanddeveloptheCustomerSuccessExecutive,settingclearobjectivesandsupportingperformanceandprogression.

Conferences,Awards&RevenueGeneration-Selldelegateattendanceforconferencesandawardstoexistingandprospectivemembers,workingtowardsagreedrevenuetargets.Usedelegatesalesasastrategictooltobuildrelationships,deepenmarketunderstandingandcreateastrongpipelineformembershipsales.

Strategy,Collaboration&Reporting-WorkwiththeDirectorofCustomer&ClientSuccesstodevelopanddeliverstrategiesthatsupportthegrowthofmembership,conferencesandawards.

  • Provenexperiencesellingab2bmembershiplicensedofferingwithconsistenttrackrecordindeliveringexcellentrevenue
  • Highachievercommerciallyoveraperiodof4years+
