Technical Architect

Technical Architects | Hybrid: UK wide | £70k

This role involves shaping software architecture and delivery across projects, combining deep technical expertise with stakeholder influence to help teams design and implement enterprise‑scale systems that meet business and user needs.

You will be part of a high‑performing, collaborative team that values mentorship, coaching and a “no ego” culture.

Qualifications

• Strong software architecture experience – designing modern enterprise‑scale systems
• Growth mindset – eager to learn, mentor others and contribute to the practice
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred, Azure also used)
• Awareness of DevOps and QA practices
• GDS experience
• Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF
