We’re looking for a reliable and organised Soft Services FM professional to join a busy PFI schools contract in Irvine.

This is a great opportunity for someone with facilities management or soft services experience who enjoys a varied role and working within an education environment.

Role Includes

• Managing day-to-day soft FM services
• Coordinating cleaning and support teams
• Monitoring service standards and KPIs
• Liaising with school staff and subcontractors
• General FM admin and compliance support
• Helping ensure the schools run smoothly day to day

What we’re looking for

• Previous FM or soft services experience
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage priorities and contractors
• Positive, hands‑on approach
• Experience within schools or PFI contracts is beneficial but not essential
