  • Negotiate commercial terms balancing cost, quality and reliability

  • Continuously evaluate supplier performance and identify new sourcing opportunities

  • Build a resilient supplier network with contingency planning in place

  • Oversee freight, customs and shipping partners to balance cost and reliability

Manufacturing, Packing & Operations

  • Manage relationships with manufacturing and packing partners

  • Drive improvements in processes, timelines and cost efficiency

Quality & Compliance

  • Own and continuously improve quality processes across suppliers and production

  • Manage our third-party testing programme, ensuring every batch meets required standards

  • Have strong experience with international sourcing and supplier management

  • Have a solid understanding of global logistics, freight and customs requirements

  • Are confident managing manufacturers, co-packers and logistics partners

  • Have a deep understanding of production planning, inventory and logistics

  • Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts

  • Are commercially minded with strong negotiation skills

  • Can spot risks early and proactively solve problems
