Working closely with the engineering and integration support teams along with communicating externally with customers, developing custom parsers, API integrations, and data transformation logic to enable our robots to understand each customer’s unique warehouse management system.

Working with hardware devices means we have an interesting and varied tech stack, but for web applications this is primarily Ruby on Rails for backend applications.

Responsibilities/Skills
- Developing and maintaining data parsers (both Ruby code and our dynamic, UI defined parser system) to extract and transform warehouse records from various formats (CSV, JSON, XML, Excel);
- BuildingcustomAPIintegrationstoretrievereal-timedatafromcustomerwarehousemanagementsystems;
- Implementingdatatransformationlogictohandlecustomer-specificrequirements,edgecases,andformatvariations;
- Writing comprehensive automated tests (RSpec) to ensure parsing accuracy and dataintegrity
- Debugging and resolving customer-specific data issues through code fixes and parser improvements
