Job : Training & Sales Consultant

Location : Colchester CO4 5NE

permanent, 3-4 days per week, hybrid

Salary : £30000-£40000 pro rata depending on experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Training & Sales Consultant who can both win business and deliver high-impact training. This role combines sales, facilitation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell training programmes and retainers
• Deliver engaging training sessions( MIB,SIB)
• Build long-term client relationships
• Contribute to programme development

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience selling training or consultancy
• Confident presenter and facilitator
• Commercial mindset
• Self-motivated and results-driven

Desirable

• Background in L&D or Business Consultancy
• Experienced in Selling retainer based services
• Coaching or training Qualification ( ILM, CIPD or equivalent)
• Experience of working with SME’s
