Key Responsibilities

• Full 360 sales ownership as an individual contributor focused on new business
• Own outbound prospecting and top of the funnel pipeline generation across the UK
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in commercial real estate
• Deliver tailored demos, presentations, and proposals based on client needs
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM discipline, reporting directly to the CRO

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years’ experience in Proptech or broader real estate-related B2B sales
• Proven success in demand generation, pipeline ownership, and closing new business
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Highly motivated by new business development
• Comfortable working in a high growth, target driven environment

The Offer

• £120,000 base salary + commission (uncapped – realistic OTE £200k)
