Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential

Location: Oxfordshire Projects | Salary: £70,000-£80,000 | Start: ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contractor delivering high‑end residential refurbishments and bespoke new build projects across Oxfordshire. This role will suit someone with strong cultural fit, excellent client‑facing skills, and experience working on prestigious residential schemes including listed buildings and period properties.

Project Experience Required

• High‑end residential refurbishments
• Listed buildings
• Georgian & Victorian properties
• Bespoke new build homes

The Role

• Managing 3–4 live projects simultaneously
• Average project value around £3m
• Full commercial management from pre‑construction to final account
• Working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams
• Ensuring projects are commercially successful and well managed

Working Pattern

• 50% office‑based
• 50% site‑based across Oxfordshire projects

Requirements

• Proven QS experience within prime/high‑end residential
• Strong refurbishment and heritage building knowledge
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Organised, commercially aware, and proactive approachAbility to fit into a close‑knit and collaborative team culture
