Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 + Training + Benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

Location: Stoke‑On‑Trent (commutable from Newcastle Under Lyme, Cheadle, Leek, Stafford & Uttoxeter)

The role involves administering and maintaining the company’s CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics) to ensure peak performance and reliability. You will support new projects and implementation initiatives, working closely with senior management and the sales teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CRM systems
• Play a key role in new projects and implementation initiatives
• Work within a busy and fast‑paced sales team
• Manage administration and implementation projects

Qualifications

• Strong experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Zoho
• Strong administration experience
• Desire to learn and develop new skills
• Commute to Stoke‑On‑Trent
