Overview

An opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering team. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and the capability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical systems, including calculations, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Produce and review drawings using CAD/BIM tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit).
• Coordinate with electrical engineers and other disciplines.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and respond to contractor queries.
• Lead aspects of project delivery, including design reviews, tender documentation, and document control.
• Maintain accurate project records in line with quality standards.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong track record of project delivery.
• Experience with technical submissions, commissioning, and handover processes.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Proficiency in standard IT tools (e.g. Word, Excel, project tools).
