Indirect Procurement Manager

The Role

This position is based in the United Kingdom. This role requires an expert in the UK procurement landscape to lead development and execution for our Logistics & Industrial portfolio. You will collaborate with International Development and Asset Management teams to drive cost-efficiency and supply chain reliability.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategy: Formulate UK-specific procurement plans that align with global business objectives and local project timelines.
• Vendor Management: Cultivate a high-performing supplier base in the UK, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and material suppliers.
• Execution: Manage the end-to-end tendering process, utilizing ERP systems to ensure transparency, cost-control, and timely delivery.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience in UK industrial/logistics projects.
• Market Knowledge: Expert knowledge of UK construction law, JCT/NEC contracts, and local cost benchmarking.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English. (No other language requirements).
• Leadership: Proven track record of driving procurement projects independently; strong negotiation skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
