The Role
You will join a technical team working across the building lifecycle, with a particular focus on producing robust packages and helping projects move through detailed design and technical stages.
The work will suit someone who is confident in Revit, comfortable with technical detailing and interested in existing-building challenges as well as new development work.
What You Will Be Working On
- Technical packages across RIBA stages 3 and 4
- Existing-building and development-led project work
- Revit models, drawing production and coordinated information
- Construction detailing, buildability and technical problem solving
- Working with architects, consultants and project leaders to keep information moving
What You Will Bring
- Strong Revit skills and confidence producing technical information
- At least two years of experience producing stage 3 and 4 packages
- Solid construction detailing ability and a practical technical eye
- Experience in UK architecture, ideally with housing, existing buildings or complex residential work
- A background as a Technical Architect, Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist
