Senior Bid Manager

The Role

You’ll manage the full bid lifecycle—from PQQs to final presentations—delivering high-quality, creative, and winning proposals. Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll drive strategy, coordinate resources, and ensure every submission exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop bid strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end tender submissions and presentations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
• Identify risks and develop smart, practical solutions
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, compelling, and on time
• Support and coach bid teams for standout client presentations

About You

• Experience in construction (fit-out preferred) and bid management
• Strong understanding of procurement and contract processes
• Excellent writing, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-focused, proactive, and driven by innovation
• Confident using digital tools and collaborating across teams
