The Role
You’ll manage the full bid lifecycle—from PQQs to final presentations—delivering high-quality, creative, and winning proposals. Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll drive strategy, coordinate resources, and ensure every submission exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop bid strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end tender submissions and presentations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Identify risks and develop smart, practical solutions
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, compelling, and on time
- Support and coach bid teams for standout client presentations
About You
- Experience in construction (fit-out preferred) and bid management
- Strong understanding of procurement and contract processes
- Excellent writing, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-focused, proactive, and driven by innovation
- Confident using digital tools and collaborating across teams
