Finance Business Partner – Property Services & Budgeting

Goodman Masson is seeking a Finance Business Partner for a 12-month maternity cover contract in Kent. This role involves partnering closely with operational stakeholders to support a budget area of approximately £40 million. You will oversee monthly management accounts, budget forecasting, and support financial audits.

The ideal candidate will be a CCAB qualified accountant with strong finance business partnering experience, ideally from the housing or property services sector. The position offers hybrid working, requiring one day per week in the office.
