Korea Marketing Lead: Growth, Campaigns & Leadership

Overview

As our business in South Korea grows, we are looking to bring on a Sr. Lead for Marketing to drive our short and long‑term goals in the market. This role will play an integral part in sharing the story of On by leading a growing, diverse, and energetic marketing team. In addition, this role will be responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies for the market across all channels (retail, e‑commerce, and B2B), while also being hands‑on, executing campaigns and activations with the team.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the sports or retail industry in South Korea
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
• Strong knowledge of social media, PR, retail marketing, and B2B marketing
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in team management and development
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with a results‑driven approach
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively in both English and Korean; additional APAC language skills will be a plus
