Monday to Thursday, 6:30am – 4:30pm

An experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join a growing and well‑established manufacturing business specialising in refrigeration products. The role requires a people‑focused supervisor who thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, is passionate about leading teams, driving performance, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and motivating production teams to achieve targets
• Managing day‑to‑day manufacturing operations
• Driving productivity, quality, and efficiency across the shop floor
• Supporting and developing team members through effective people management
• Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Working closely with senior management to improve processes and performance

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within manufacturing
• Strong people management skills with a genuine focus on team development
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to lead by example and drive performance
• Strong operational awareness and problem‑solving ability
