Responsibilities

Design and build scalable, high‑quality backend systems for a purpose‑driven digital platform. Translate ideas and requirements into well‑architected features, selecting the right technologies for different use cases while balancing technical excellence with delivering customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend or full stack engineering experience, ideally at high‑growth start‑ups and scale‑ups
• Experience with TypeScript, Node and React
• Delivered large features or systems end‑to‑end, from initial design through to launch and support
• Care about clean abstractions, code quality, and performance
• Enjoy collaborating with product, design, and non‑technical stakeholders to deliver great user experiences
• Can be on‑site in central London at least 1 day per week
