Searchability are partnered with a fast-growing AI startup building an AI-powered qualitative research platform that is transforming how companies run and analyse customer interviews at scale. Their product combines AI, video and workflow automation to help businesses gain deeper customer insights significantly faster than traditional research processes.
They’re now looking to hire a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their London engineering team.
This is a highly product-focused role where you’ll own features end-to-end across a modern AI-first platform. You’ll work closely with customers, engineers and founders to design, build and ship scalable features using React and TypeScript, while helping shape the future direction of the platform.
The environment is very startup-oriented with high ownership, strong engineering standards and lots of autonomy. They’re looking for engineers who enjoy solving product problems, moving quickly and building high-quality software in collaborative teams.

Ideal Background
- 6+ years commercial software engineering experience
- Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals
- Experience owning projects from concept to production
- Comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Startup or scale-up experience preferred
- AI product experience is a strong bonus
