We’re looking for a Construction Logistics and Utilities Lead to join our growing Highways and Active Travel team within the UK&I Transportation Practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on meaningful work across high-profile projects in core Transportation markets and across other engineering sectors and geographies. Whether you’re passionate about sustainable infrastructure, road safety, or innovative design, you’ll help shape the transport networks that connect and support our communities.

Your role

  • Provide expert project leadership across a range of multidisciplinary projects.
  • Technical knowledge on Construction Logistics, Utilities and CDM Regulations.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Lead on project delivery, ensuring high standards in both quality and programme.
  • Support the growth of the practice by identifying opportunities, mentoring others, and contributing to business development.
  • Establish strong, collaborative, and trusted relationships with external and internal clients, becoming a trusted advocate for the Business.
  • Collaborate within dynamic, multi-skilled teams sharing knowledge, solving complex problems, and driving innovative solutions.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive working culture where wellbeing and flexibility are prioritised.

About You

  • A background in civil engineering with proven experience in transportation and infrastructure projects in other sectors.
  • Strong design, project management, and delivery skills, ideally with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good people management skills, and possible line management responsibilities.
  • Confidence in stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, and an eye for spotting growth opportunities.
  • Varied experience in the construction industry.
