Job Description:
My client, a top asset manager, are looking to hire a lawyer with UK regulated funds experience into their legal team in London.
The successful candidate will be maintaining constitutional documents, ensuring compliance of Fund documents with UK regulatory requirements, supervision and coordination of FCA applications for fund changes. In addition you will be drafting and negotiating investment management agreements and providing legal support for global distribution.
