The Role
As Account Manager within the Export Sales team, you will serve as a key brand ambassador — driving revenue growth through the effective management of agents and distributors across international markets. Working closely with the Head of Export Sales, you will implement sales strategies, meet annual targets, and cultivate the long-term relationships that underpin the brand’s global reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and promote brand collections, showrooms, events, and studio environments to international partners
- Conduct regular market visits to introduce new collections and deliver product training
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global agents, distributors, and trading partners
- Ensure seamless coordination between external partners and internal departments
- Prepare and maintain departmental reporting, including sales forecasting and analysis
- Collaborate with the Head of Export Sales on the development and execution of sales strategy
Location & Travel
The role is office-based at the London headquarters, with meaningful international travel forming a core part of the position. Remote working may be considered following a six-month probationary period. Occasional weekend availability will be required to support events and travel.
Skills & Experience
- Fluent in English and French — written and spoken (French need not be a first language, but a high level of proficiency is essential)
- Experience in luxury interiors, textiles, or a related premium sector preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to exceptional client service
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Advanced Excel skills including sales forecasting and data analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
