Responsibilities

Sell property investments ranging from £150,000 to £300,000 and provide consultative advice, including influencing, advising, negotiating prices and payment terms.

Requirements

• Hard‑working – Strong sales flair, customer focus, and a drive to achieve results.
• Positive attitude – Enthusiasm and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Sales ability – Consultative selling, overcoming objections, and negotiating terms.
• Resilience – Handle rejections, setbacks, and maintain motivation.
• Communication skills – Exceptional verbal and written communication, phone/email and face‑to‑face.

Training will be provided: a 2‑week program covering property investment sales, systems, product knowledge, and ongoing coaching.
