Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a well established, worldwide manufacturer and global leader. Recruiting for a Factory Supervisor, our client is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join the factory team.
Remuneration & Benefits
Offering attractive remuneration of £35-40K and the following benefits:

Working hours are normally Monday – Friday, between 9am – 5pm, 38 hours a week as required. During busy periods your hours may vary, the company runs two shifts between Monday to Friday 6:00am 10:00pm. (2 weeks notice will be given). Hours as requested to get the job done.
Responsibilities
- Health and safety
- Q/C & Q/A on finished product
- Assembly and Fabrication weekly production scheduling
- Physical part checks on upcoming Build weeks
- Stock control
- Quarantine stock control
- Supporting Manufacturing Manager with daily task
Other tasks
- Cycle checks
- All other Factory Warehouse Operative tasks as required
- Employee discipline support
- Employee Training Schedule
- Printing and completing MO/SOPs tickets
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would have factory production experience and ideally have worked within a production scheduling position.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy, with excellent attention to detail
- Good work ethic with an eagerness to learn
- Basic computer program knowledge (Excel and Word)
- IOSH health and safety trained or Nebosh

- Folk lift licence (Training available)
