Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or Senior Engineering Manager in hospitality or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS)
• Solid understanding of UK compliance and safety regulations
• Experience managing multi-site or large-scale operations preferred
• Budgeting and CAPEX planning experience
