Ecommerce Manager

An exciting opportunity has come up for an ecommerce manager to join a luxury retailer in Malta. This role will see you manage the end-to-end ecommerce operations for the group across the own website and marketplaces.

The role

• Manage the current ecommerce site, while launching new platforms alongside.
• Improve checkout processes and online conversion.
• Map customer touch points and improve user experience.
• Work alongside marketing, IT, and supply teams.

The candidate

• Previous experience in ecommerce management, specifically with launching new sites.
• Background in fashion retail.
• Able to use Shopify and other ecommerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
