They’re now looking to hire a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive sales across D2C, Amazon and TikTok Shop. This is a brand new role which has been created, so it’s a great time to join.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

• Proven Growth/Performance Marketing experience for a fast growth FMCG brand, ideally an omni-channel brand.
• Experience managing large paid media budgets is important (£250k+ per month)
• Strong agency management experience is very important
• TikTok Shop experience is desirable, though not essential
• Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
