Store Manager – Arndale, Manchester (Full-Time) – Top-Level Store

Role Overview

The store manager is the brand ambassador responsible for the store’s overall commercial success. Responsibilities include managing the assistant manager, supervisors, and sales assistants, supporting them in creating special memories for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and motivate the in‑store team to meet store targets, identify opportunities to exceed KPIs, and model exemplary Pandora customer service.
• Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back‑of‑house activities enable successful commercial execution.
• Develop product knowledge, becoming a Pandora product expert; nurture and develop the team to unlock their full potential, supporting succession plans.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience driving sales and profitability in store.
• Passion for exemplary customer service and ability to cultivate a culture that reflects Pandora’s core values.
• Ability to understand and translate the brand’s local and global strategy into store, regional, and division KPIs.
• Experience using data to identify trends, root causes, and to take action when opportunities arise.
• Strong communication skills; ability to coach a high‑performing team.
• Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with enthusiasm for Pandora products and core values.
• Well‑presented appearance.
