Interim Employment Lawyer

Key Experience

• Qualified Employment Lawyer (UK or equivalent jurisdiction)
• Strong experience advising on multi-jurisdictional / EMEA employment law matters
• Exposure to contentious and/or non-contentious employment work
• Experience working with or advising across jurisdictions such as France, Italy, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands (varies by role)
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, including HR and Legal leadership
• Experience coordinating with external counsel internationally

Typical Responsibilities

• Providing strategic employment law advice across EMEA regions
• Supporting employee relations, disputes, and internal investigations
• Advising on HR policies, restructures, and workforce change projects
• Managing or supporting employment litigation with external counsel
• Partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders on operational and strategic issues
