We’re Hiring | Senior Sales Director – Asset Management Services

London | Enterprise Sales | Financial Services

Our client is seeking an experienced sales leader with 15+ years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development, and team leadership within the asset management or wider financial services sector.

This is a quota-carrying, new business focused role selling front office and middle office outsourcing and offshoring solutions to Asset Managers, Wealth Managers, Hedge Funds, and Insurance firms.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record of originating, qualifying, and closing complex B2B deals

• Strong “hunter” mentality with excellent sales acumen

• Deep understanding of asset management workflows and institutional buyer behaviour

• Experience selling services and solutions rather than SaaS/subscription products

• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders including CIOs, COOs, CTOs, and Heads of Research

• Strong consultative and solution-led sales approach

The Role:

You will drive strategic sales activity, build pipeline, win new logos, and manage long-term client relationships across the investment management and insurance sectors.

Data & Technology Services

Asset Management Platform Services (Charles River, Sentinel etc.)

Prior front office experience within an Investment Bank or Asset Manager is highly desirable.
