Our Junior Full Stack Engineers sit within Digital Excellence, part of the Business Technology practice in Capgemini Invent, which leads digital transformation projects across Capgemini. We are a new and dynamic community that values innovation, professional development, and the ability to make a real difference for our clients. We work in diverse multi-disciplinary teams, hand‑in‑glove with our clients.

Our Junior Full Stack Engineers are responsible for creating the visions of our clients and driving better business outcomes. They are tasked with building cutting‑edge digital solutions for our clients, combining a clear understanding of business value and a consultative approach to make the difference.

They will be able to work on a vast variety of projects and get exposure to a variety of technology such as (but not exhaustively):

  • JavaScript
  • TypeScript
  • Java
  • Spring Boot framework
  • RESTful microservices
  • NoSQL databases

Your Profile

Required

  • Professional experience building Java applications
  • A degree in Computer Science (or a related field)

Desirable

  • Experience using version control software – Git, GitHub, etc.
  • Experience of using frameworks such as Spring Boot (or similar)
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
  • Familiarity with database concepts (e.g. MongoDB or MySQL)
