Location: London (4 days office | Friday half-day WFH)

Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 base + 40% OTE

Start: ASAP

Languages: Spanish or Catalan (native) + English required

A leading renewable energy exhibition in Barcelona bringing together:

• Solar & battery storage innovators
• Infrastructure & clean energy developers
• Utilities & commercial energy users
• Investors, installers & solution providers

It is a key meeting point for partnerships and deals shaping Europe’s clean energy future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across Europe
• Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages
• Create tailored proposals (Spanish & English)
• Manage pipeline using CRM (Salesforce)
• Work closely with marketing, ops & conference teams
• Bring ideas to help grow event performance

What We’re Looking For

• Native Spanish or Catalan speaker
• Strong English communication skills
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales, BD, recruitment, events or client-facing roles
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
• Comfortable working to targets and managing multiple priorities
• Organised, resilient, and commercially minded
• Interest in renewable energy or sustainability is a plus
