The role

Our Tech Team is looking for a Front End / Full‑Stack Engineer to expand the capabilities of our investment tools, working on several green‑field projects. This role is suited to an ambitious, seasoned engineer who wants a big impact.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable internal platforms and applications for core business functions including Credit Investing, FX Hedging, Portfolio Monitoring, and Treasury.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with investment, operations and data teams to translate complex business workflows into efficient, maintainable software solutions.
  • Drive the full software development lifecycle – from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment and production monitoring.
  • Contribute across the stack, including front‑end interfaces, back‑end services and data engineering pipelines as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong front‑end experience, ideally with modern technologies such as TypeScript, React and CSS, with eagerness to contribute across the full stack.
  • Confidence in styling and comfort working with CSS and UI implementation details.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent hands‑on professional experience.
  • Proven experience designing and developing robust APIs, microservices and back‑end systems that power business‑critical workflows.
  • Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Go, Python, Java, C# or C++ (we primarily use Go and Python – familiarity is a strong advantage).
  • Knowledge of relational databases and proficiency in SQL (e.g., MySQL).
  • Competency with standard development and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, GitLab, CI/CD workflows).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills; comfortable discussing technical trade‑offs with both engineering and non‑technical colleagues.
