- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a new business or sales-focused role
- Proven success in generating pipeline and winning new clients
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own diary and priorities
- Confident communicator across phone, video and face-to-face interactions
- Commercially driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Self-motivated, proactive and resilient approach
Nice to haves
- Experience selling into education, student accommodation or related sectors
- Background in insurance, B2B sales or professional services
- Cert CII qualification or willingness to work towards it
