Overview
A senior epitaxy equipment engineer position is urgently required in Towcester, Northamptonshire, with a leading semiconductor manufacturer.
Responsibilities
This position requires working on both high and low voltage electro‑mechanical capital equipment used in the manufacture of semiconductor devices. The engineer will maintain and repair equipment from leading vendors such as ASML, SPTS, Palomar and others, minimizing down‑time to support production.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates possess experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in repair and preventative maintenance of processing equipment. Prior work in a cleanroom semiconductor environment and a strong understanding of industrial equipment in a high‑volume production setting are required.
