We’re looking for Supervisors who set the standard, lift the team around them, and turn every shift into a flawless guest experience in one of Asia’s most spectacular settings. The best part? We’re hiring Supervisors across three distinct teams:
- Afternoon — Fast-paced, high-energy, and social. Ideal if you lead with momentum and thrive when the floor is full and the music is up.
- Restaurant — Elevated, refined, and detail-driven. Made for leaders who guard standards and orchestrate a flawless dining experience from first greeting to final farewell.
- Club Lounge & Evening — VIP service, late-night energy, and an electric atmosphere. Built for leaders who own the room when the night begins.
THE ROLE
As a Supervisor at Cé La Vi, you run a section of the floor and the team within it. You set the pace, coach in the moment, and uphold the standards that have made Cé La Vi one of Asia’s celebrated luxury destinations. You’ll lead pre‑shift briefings, manage the flow of service, handle VIP arrivals and guest recovery, and partner with the kitchen, bar, and management to keep every cover seamless. You don’t just supervise the experience — you elevate it.
YOU’RE THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU…
- Have 3–5 years of experience in high‑end hospitality or F&B, with at least 1 year in a supervisory, captain, or team‑lead capacity
- Lead by example — calm under pressure, generous with feedback, and visibly invested in your team’s success
- Have strong product knowledge across food, wine, premium spirits, and cocktails, and can train others to the same level
- Are confident running a section, managing covers, handling escalations, and recovering service when things wobble
- Build genuine relationships with guests — especially VIPs and regulars — and recognise repeat faces by name
- Are comfortable with rosters, opening and closing checklists, floats, and end‑of‑shift reporting
- Are available for evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts — leadership shows up when the floor is busiest
