Bid Managers / Proposals Managers – Construction & Engineering
I’m speaking with a number of contractors who are actively looking to strengthen their bid and pre-construction teams.
Strong Bid Managers are becoming increasingly difficult to hire, particularly those with experience in winning work across construction and engineering projects.
If you’re currently in a bid/proposals role and open (or just curious) about what else is out there, it’s worth a conversation.

- Leading bid submissions for major contractors
- Supporting work-winning teams on frameworks and tenders
- Opportunities across main contracting, civils, and M&E
Salaries typically range from £45k-£75k+ depending on experience.
