Job Title: Mobile Service Engineer / Mobile Service Technician – Livingston

Full-Time, Door-to-Door Pay, Company Van Provided

About the Role

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites to diagnose, service, and repair special purpose vehicles and equipment. You will act as the face of our service operation, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites as a Mobile Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair special purpose vehicles.
• Carry out repairs on hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Manage your own workload and communicate updates clearly with the Service Team.
• Complete all service sheets, job cards, and documentation accurately.
• Promote parts and services where appropriate.
• Maintain a professional image at all times, including company van cleanliness and on-site behaviour.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Qualified mechanic (HGV, plant, forklift, military engineering, or automotive).
• Strong experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and diagnostic procedures.
• Background working with special purpose vehicles, mobile plant, or forklifts highly beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of diesel and electric engines.
• Reasonably clean driving licence.
• Willingness to travel for field service work regularly.
