Responsibilities: Flexible to work in any section of the kitchen Have a passion for cooking and possess the desire to deliver exceptional service Responsible for providing instructions to the Demi and Commis Chefs to complete daily tasks Follow the law in respect of food hygiene, health and safety, the club food policy About you: Level 2 food hygiene Completed levels 1 and 2 of either city and guilds or NVQ, or working towards completion Minimum two years as Chef De Partie in a 5 Star or similar establishment High standards of cooking ability Ability to listen and follow instructions Good communication skills Attention to detail Club Values: HEARTS Heritage – Our rich motoring, social, sporting and architectural heritage runs through the fabric and the nature of the Club Excellence – Excellence is not an achievement; it is something we strive for every day.
