The Role
We have a superb opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and highly professional Food & Beverage Manager to lead and inspire our restaurant and bar teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in a high-quality environment and is ready to take ownership of a key department.
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar
- Inspire, train and develop your team to deliver exceptional service
- Drive revenue performance while maintaining strong cost control
- Work closely with senior leadership to continually elevate the guest experience
You will bring:
- Proven management of at least 1 year minimum experience within a quality-led hotel, restaurant or bar
- Experience in breakfast, bar & lounge, terrace, wedding and events service.
- Commercial awareness with a proven track record in cost management
- Guest recovery experience
- Calm operational control under pressure
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for excellence
- Energy, ambition, and a hands-on leadership style
- A drive to push standards and take the business to the next level
