Senior Quantity Surveyor Type: Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £55k – £75k + package – perm only An established and growing construction consultancy is seeking Senior Quantity Surveyors to join its commercial team. This is a senior, client-facing role offering exposure to a wide range of projects and the opportunity to influence commercial outcomes from pre-contract through to final account. You will work closely with Lead Surveyors, Regional Directors, and senior leadership, delivering high-quality quantity surveying and commercial services while supporting the continued growth of the business. Deliver full quantity surveying services from pre-contract through to post-contract Provide commercial, procurement, and contract advice Administer subcontractor procurement and commercial management Prepare valuations, financial reports, CVRs, and final accounts Manage variations, claims, EOTs, and loss & expense submissions Support dispute resolution and claims preparation Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline Strong experience delivering both pre- and post-contract services Commercially xkybehq astute with strong contract knowledge Strong career development and progression opportunities Competitive salary package…
