Hybrid Recruitment Partner – Talent & Sourcing (Junior)

Job Title: Junior Recruitment Business PartnerLocation: Spitalfields, Greater LondonContract Type: PermanentSalary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum plus bonusWorking Pattern: Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of live vacancies, ensuring timely and effective fulfilment while consistently meeting performance targets.
• Build trusted, consultative relationships with Hiring Managers through proactive check‑ins, role briefings, and market insights.
• Drive candidate flow and fulfilment mix, collaborating with sourcing teams to manage pipelines and reduce time‑to‑fill.
• Maintain accurate system data, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Knowledge of recruitment systems and processes, including end‑to‑end delivery.
• Strong relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, assessment, and placement.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, self‑motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
