Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and detailed product knowledge to customers.
- Use a personalized selling approach and guide customers through the journey from start to finish.
- Deliver sensorial customer experiences through signature services such as fragrance consultations and hand and arm massages.
- Assist the team with general store related tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to approach any task with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- High personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury.
- Team player with drive and motivation to achieve store and personal KPIs.
- Flexibility to adapt working arrangements to meet business requirements.
