Student Lettings Portfolio Lead

We are strengthening our team and are looking for a Student Lettings Portfolio Manager to join our award-winning company.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lettings team with contract work, compliance, deposit handling, off‑site meetings, and inspections.
• Provide special attention to Student Lettings and manage the Student portfolio/HMO.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has experience within the property industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
