Salary: £30,000 basic per annum, plus car option plus bonus, £52,500 OTE

Role Responsibilities

• Advising customers on finance and insurance products while ensuring full regulatory compliance
• Building rapport quickly and recommending suitable products based on customer needs
• Monitoring F&I performance against budget and taking action to address shortfalls
• Supporting management with planning, forecasting, and dealership strategy
• Coaching and developing the sales team to achieve business objectives
• Tracking performance, analysing results, and providing regular updates to the General Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager, or Retail Manager within the automotive industry
• Strong customer‑facing, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Professional, honest, and solutions‑focused approach
• Full, clean UK driving licence
