Overview
Within our Capital Delivery department, we are looking for Project Managers to join the team based out of our Raynesway (Derby) office and reporting to the Lead Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple capital engineering and construction schemes, delivering key project KPIs within Severn Trent’s Capital and Commercial Services business area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple capital engineering and construction schemes.
- Deliver on key project KPIs.
- Plan and manage costs, budgets, and financial responsibility.
- Innovate and anticipate unexpected issues and challenges as they arise.
- Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ideally degree qualified or with relevant industry experience in project and programme delivery.
- Experience of managing NEC projects desirable.
- Proven track record of cost planning and management.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- A dynamic and collaborative leader with a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
- Full UK driving licence is mandatory.
