Job Summary

We are seeking a Manager level professional experienced in back‑office asset servicing to join our Investment Management & Wealth Consulting practice. The role focuses on leading back‑office transformation projects for asset managers and asset servicers across the value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build upon existing industry knowledge to become an expert in back‑office asset servicing.
  • Deliver client work that fulfils and exceeds expectations, specifically within back‑office transformation projects.
  • Take a leading role on projects, managing and developing junior team members.
  • Contribute to the development of the Investment Management practice, supporting back‑office proposition development and thought leadership.
  • Develop trusted relationships with clients.
  • Learn from the best in the business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven industry experience in the Asset Servicing market with a strong background in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration and/or Custody Services.
  • Significant experience in a consulting environment (e.g., Big 4) or a proven track record of leading complex transformation projects within back‑office functions of the asset servicing industry.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members.
  • Track record of designing, delivering and leading projects and programmes with proven ability to structure and deliver transformation solutions for back‑office operations.
  • Ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing day‑to‑day plans, projects and objectives.
  • Understanding of operating model concepts, design and analysis, particularly as applied to back‑office processes.
  • Leading client relationships, identifying client needs and nurturing solutions from conception to delivery.
  • Managing key stakeholders to resolve issues, competing demands, and conflicts.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas to all organisation levels and lead key stakeholders and team members, resolving issues and conflicts.
  • Clear commitment to developing and growing the practice.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the challenges and opportunities in working with and managing diverse teams, coupled with a commitment to fostering an inclusive culture.
  • Understanding of risk management and protecting the firm’s reputation.

Location & Working Arrangement

London – hybrid working model with required presence in the local office and remote work.
