About Us

We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK, a technical consultancy providing new bespoke solutions to solve our customers’ complex operational problems. Working as part of the Mood business at CACI IIG, we are looking for a Product Sales Lead to play a leading role in growing our customer base. MooD is a large‑scale data visualisation platform designed to bring disparate systems together into a single, coherent working model for management and future planning.

The Opportunity

The Product Sales Lead will drive the growth of the Mood platform across public and private sectors in the UK and Europe. This is a strategic role focused on expanding revenue through a combination of direct sales, partner ecosystem development, and product‑led engagement.

Responsibilities

Working closely with Pre‑Sales, Product, and Marketing, you will be responsible for identifying, shaping, and closing opportunities across both existing customers and new markets. A key component of this role is the design and execution of a scalable partner programme, enabling long‑term growth through system integrators, consultancies, and strategic alliances. Responsibilities will include:

  • Driving revenue growth for the Mood platform
  • Developing and executing sales strategies targeting:
    • Existing customers (expansion, upsell, cross‑sell)
    • New enterprise customers in priority sectors (e.g. defence, government, critical infrastructure)
    • New enterprise customers in the commercial sector
  • Leading complex, consultative sales cycles from qualification through to close
  • Working in close partnership with pre‑sales to shape compelling solution propositions and demonstrations
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard key partners including system integrators, management consultancies & technology partners
  • Translate Mood’s capabilities into a clear business value proposition
  • Work closely with Product teams to feedback market insights and customer needs, helping to shape go‑to‑market messaging and packaging
  • Position Mood as a model‑driven enterprise platform / digital twin capability, not just a tool
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and customer engagements

The Fit

We are looking to speak with experienced BD professionals who understand how to sell complex, high‑value enterprise platforms and can operate credibly across both business and technical stakeholders. This will include:

  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales, ideally within one or more of:
    • Enterprise Architecture tools
    • Low‑code / no‑code platforms
    • Data / analytics / digital twin platforms
  • Experience building or managing partner ecosystems
  • Strong commercial acumen and deal‑shaping capability
  • Experience working alongside Pre‑Sales / Solution Consultants

Due to the industries we work in, we require all our team to be able to obtain security clearance. To qualify for this, you must be a British passport holder and have lived permanently in the UK for the last five years.

Culture & Benefits

We take great pride in taking care of our talent, providing a highly dynamic, inclusive and team‑led environment where everyone can thrive. We value every member of our business, and strive to be a place you’re excited to work. Our market‑leading package of benefits reflects this. The benefits include:

  • SOCIAL – Get‑togethers throughout the year, from ad hoc socials to the Summer Party in London and annual awaydays
