About the Opportunity

We’re working with a Global Telco business revolutionising the industry going through a huge cyber! I’m looking for a Cyber Oversight & Assurance Manager to lead the function and ensure that appropriate levels of security are in place across governance, management, security risk and security controls.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the Security Assurance team in delivering comprehensive assurance programs
• Oversee assurance activities relating to controls, processes, management oversight and strategy
• Support business in resolving shortcomings and security issues to promote capability and continual improvement
• Work with operational areas, business teams, and senior management to ensure security requirements are understood and deployed
• Take ownership of planning, managing and carrying out assurance activity, delivering clear reports against internal assurance programme

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading security assurance functions
• Working in large, complex organisations
• Experience with information security (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) & controls frameworks
• Highly skilled with assurance methodologies
• Exceptional communicator (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of Penetration Testing and other Security Testing
• Proven ability to operate effectively with minimal direction
