Mechanical Project Manager – Permanent Position

Location: Leeds

Salary: £65,000 + Package

A leading M&E contractor based in Leeds is looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their growing team.

The role will involve delivering large-scale commercial, education, and healthcare projects, with project values ranging into the multi‑million‑pound sector.

The Role

• Managing mechanical projects from pre‑construction through to handover
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Managing programmes, budgets, and project delivery
• Attending client and site meetings
• Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
• Strong background delivering large commercial projects
• Experience within education and healthcare sectors preferred
• Good understanding of HVAC and mechanical building services
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Relevant mechanical qualifications (NVQ/HNC/HND or equivalent)
