Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to work within the Referrals Team to coordinate admissions and referrals to residential treatment units, ensuring services operate efficiently and occupancy levels are maintained.

Key responsibilities include undertaking initial client assessments, liaising with residential managers and referral support workers to coordinate placements and transport arrangements. The postholder will prepare placement quotations, maintain databases and occupancy records, and contribute to reports on occupancy levels and waiting lists.
